Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We are open for scheduled appointments from:

• Monday : 8am - 7pm
• Tuesday : 8am - 5pm
• Wednesday : 8am -6pm
• Thursday: 8am - 5pm
• Saturday: 8am - 1pm

Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a doctor of veterinary medicine and trained personnel on duty 6 days a week who are equipped to handle any urgent care your pet needs.  Emergencies can be things such a toad poisoning, hit by car, or chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet does need emergency treatment, do not hesitate to call 954-755-0004 or come in immediately. If possible call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. Afterhours, a veterinarian is on-call and will return your call.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our office staff will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will do their best to minimize your wait.

Grooming

Grooming by Rose is available six days a week. All breeds of dogs and cats. If your pet is not becoming, it should be coming to us! Please book appointment in advance.

Boarding and Daycare

Runs and cages are available that will accommondate all size pets.  Everyone gets treated like part of the family. Packages are available for "extra tender-loving" and geriatric care.

Open Hospital

Sample Road Animal Hospital operates an open hospital. This means that our team welcomes owners to be with their animals during many medical procedures, ranging from routine vaccinations to drawing blood for diagnostic tests.

Payments

Sample Road Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. Care Credit is also available for those who qualify.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
